1. Free-Speech.app assumes absolutely no responsibility for transactions or meetings between individuals on our network. We provide a place for you to voice thoughts and opinions and connect with people. What happens between you when you connect is your own personal responsibility.

2. Free-Speech.app is in no way responsible for transactions conducted in the marketplace. Please remember, any items bought or sold there are done so at the seller and buyer's discretion. If you have a problem with an item you bought, we provide no protection or guarantees of any kind.

3. While we support free speech in light of the Constitution of the United States, we do not condone violence. We have no desire to censor the American people, as far too much of that has taken place already. However, if you make a comment or post that calls for violent action, it will be deleted and you will be sent a message with a warning. After 3 offenses your account will be permanently banned. Having an opinion on politics is one thing. Calling for violence against others is another thing altogether and we do not allow it.

4. Be respectful of other users. Remember we do not all share the same views and opinions. Disagree respectfully. There is enough hate in the world without fueling it by being hateful.

5. The administration and its members do not necessarily support all of the views expressed by members of this site. We are in no way responsible for the content posted here, as each member is permitted to speak their mind on any issue.
